Politz Day School is a warm, vibrant, and growing Jewish day school in the heart of Cherry Hill — and we’re looking for a Development & Communications Coordinator to help us stay connected, organized, and moving forward. In this role, you’ll work closely with school leadership to support fundraising efforts, coordinate donor and community engagement, and ensure clear, timely communication with parents, alumni, and supporters. You’ll help manage calendars, track outreach, prepare materials, and keep our communications running smoothly — so the leadership team can focus on building relationships and growing Politz’s impact.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Fundraising Support: Manage donor records, track outreach, coordinate mailings, and support leadership in donor cultivation Communications: Craft and coordinate parent and donor focused messaging
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute school events and donor engagement opportunities
- Organizational Operations: Maintain calendars, prep materials, and support follow-through on development and communications projects
- Front Office Support: Provide occasional front office support as needed, including supporting student safety during arrival and dismissal
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, collaborative, and excited to be part of a mission-driven team. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward.
Salary range: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience.
Politz Day School is a warm, vibrant, and growing Jewish day school in the heart of Cherry Hill — and we’re looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Events Manager to help us tell our story, grow our visibility, and bring our community together through well-executed events. In this role, you’ll lead the school’s day-to-day marketing efforts — keeping our website, social media, print materials, and communications current, on-brand, and engaging. You’ll also manage key school events and fundraisers, from planning to execution, ensuring they reflect the warmth and professionalism of the Politz community. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, comfortable with both digital and print design, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You’ll work closely with leadership but will take ownership of your areas of responsibility.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Marketing & Design: Maintain and update website, social media, newsletters, and print materials; create marketing assets for events and school communications
- Community Presence: Manage press releases, ads, and public-facing materials to promote Politz in the community
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate school events and fundraisers; manage event communications, materials, and volunteer coordination
- Content Creation: Capture and curate photos and videos that highlight life at Politz
- Front Office Support: Provide occasional front office support as needed, including supporting student safety during arrival and dismissal
Salary range: $35,000–$45,000, commensurate with experience.
